This Privacy Policy explains how CBKM (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the ADAC Suite at cbkm.au, collects, uses and protects your information. By using the ADAC Suite you agree to this policy.
Account details you provide (name, email, password hash or Google profile email/name/picture). Content you upload or create (ADAC XML files, survey/design data, TIN surfaces, projects, QA runs). Billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store your full card numbers. Basic technical/usage data needed to operate the service.
To provide, secure and improve the service; authenticate you; process subscriptions; generate validation, QA and submission outputs you request; and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data.
Uploaded XML, survey, design and surface data is yours. We process it only to deliver the features you use. Reference surfaces (TINs) are never written into ADAC outputs. You can delete files, projects and surfaces at any time, which removes them from active storage.
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy. We store only a payment/transaction reference and your plan status.
We retain your account and content while your account is active. Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt); sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
You may access, correct or delete your account data, or request a copy, by contacting us. You can sign out to end a session at any time.
