These Terms govern your use of the ADAC Suite provided by CBKM (cbkm.au). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms.
The ADAC Suite helps you parse, validate, compare and quality-assure ADAC as-constructed data, build ADAC XML, view profiles/cross-sections, compute earthworks volumes and produce submission packs. Features available depend on your plan (Free, Pro or Team).
Outputs (QA pass/fail, validation, tolerances, volumes, submission packs) are decision-support tools, not a certification, survey or approval. You remain responsible for verifying results against the relevant assessing-body requirements and for the integrity of survey data. Tolerances must not be used to alter or round survey measurements.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
Paid plans are billed in advance in AUD via Stripe. Plans renew for successive periods unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, upload unlawful content, or use it to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you upload and create. We retain all rights in the ADAC Suite software and brand. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to operate the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBKM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
